The Storage Tank unit is designed to work remotely in a modular system (multiple free standing waste disposal units connected via a delicated drainage line to a temporary storage tank and then to one or more de-watering units).
The wastewater (a mix of ground food waste and water) coming from food waste disposers reaches a temporary storage tank throung a dedicated drainage line.
The pressure level sensors record the pressure differences inside the tank and send appropriate signals to the PLC control panel of the dehydrating area determining the emptying of the tank, by means of a pump, and the starts of the dewatering unit which will perform the hydro-extracting process.
